Rules criteria for qualifications from different countries to
join the ORIC event 2026:
- Eligibility Criteria:
Teams must be qualified from a regional event in their respective countries to be eligible for participation in ORIC 2026.
2. Qualification Event:
- The qualification event will qualify teams from 1 to 10 only:
- The first-place team from each country’s regional event will qualify.
- Second and third place teams from each country’s regional event,
up to a maximum of 20 teams, will also qualify.
3. Winner’s Responsibility:
The winning team from each country must contact our volunteer hosts in their respective countries to arrange accommodation and logistics for their participation in ORIC 2026.
4. No Individual Registrations:
ORIC 2026 does not accept individual registrations. Participation is only allowed through qualified teams representing their countries.
5. Registration Fee:
Teams must pay the registration fee to confirm their participation in ORIC 2026. Details regarding the registration fee will be provided upon
qualification.
6. Registration Deadline:
Registration will be closed on February 1st, 2026. Teams must complete their registration before this deadline to secure their participation.
7. Documentation:
- Teams must provide documentation proving their participation and ranking in the regional qualification event.
- Documentation may include certificates, official results, or letters of endorsement from the organizing committee of the regional event
8. Verification Process:
- The organizers of ORIC 2026 will verify the authenticity of the teams’
qualifications and ranking in the regional event. - Verification may involve cross-referencing provided documentation with the records of the regional event organizing committee.
9. Code of Conduct:
Teams must adhere to the event’s code of conduct, including guidelines for professional behavior, respect for diversity, and adherence to event rules and regulations.
10.Disqualification:
Teams found to have misrepresented their qualifications or violated any of the event rules or regulations may be subject to disqualification from ORIC 2026.
11. Appeals Process:
- Teams have the right to appeal any decisions regarding their qualifications or
